Equus Coaching is a unique approach to coaching supported by horses. Horses have the ability to offer us bio-feedback due to their large number of mirroring neurons, thus enabling us to gain insight about our authentic state, see our whole body congruence (or lack of) and support us in making shifts or changes that best align with our goals.
